 1.Introduction Welcome to ZipZapp Grocery Delivery! ZipZapp is a unit of Amba Bazaar. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Services To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Delivery

• • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our mobile application. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• • Delivery: Our aim is to deliver your groceries within 20 minutes. Delivery availability is based on your location.

• • Delivery Radius: We currently deliver within a 2 km radius of our store located at Amba Mega Mart, Saket Vihar, Anisabaad, Patna, 800002, Bihar.

4. Payments All payments must be made through the payment methods provided in our app. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• • Cancellations: For cancellations and refunds refer to store refund policy

• • Refunds: Refunds are available for canceled orders as per our Cancellation Policy.

6. User Conduct You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to:

• • Violating any laws or regulations.

• • Sending spam or unsolicited messages.

• • Uploading harmful content.

7. Limitation of Liability ZipZapp Grocery Delivery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
